DO YOURSELF: HOME MADE HEALTHY GAME DOUGH

You can make the play doughs that improve the creativity and imagination of the children healthier at home. Recipes that you can easily prepare

1. PASTE DOUGH RECIPE

MATERIALS
3 cups flour
1 cup of water
1/2 cup salt
2 tablespoons baby oil
Food coloring in various colors

FABRICATION
Mix flour, salt water and baby oil deeply in a bowl and knead well until you get a nice dough. Continue kneading until your dough has the consistency of the earlobe. Divide the dough according to the color number of the food dye in your hand, add the food dye to each piece little by little and continue kneading. It is very important to add and knead food coloring in small quantities because if you add all of the food coloring, your dough may be sticky. After coloring your dough, it’s time to play with your kids.

2.LOOKING DOUGH DOUGH (WITH COOKING)

MATERIALS
1 cup of flour
1 cup of water
Half a glass of salt
2 soup oil
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
Food color or finger paint in various colors

FABRICATION
First mix the flour and salt. Add apple cider vinegar with water. Divide the dough you prepared into as many pieces as you will use. Add the food dyes to the dough with the oil and start cooking by crushing on low heat. When the dough is gathered in the middle and leaves the pan, take it out of the fire and let it cool. Store the prepared dough in closed plastic storage containers or glass jars so that they do not dry out. Have fun everybody 🙂
